Jack has been with the company since 1981, and began as Corporate Director of Real Estate. Before joining the company, he worked as the Community and Economic Development Director of the City of York. He came to York from Philadelphia where he worked for the Philadelphia City Planning Commission as Director of Urban Systems Engineering. He has BA degree in Urban Studies and a graduate degree in City Planning.

Tim joined the company in 1983 as Assistant Director. Before joining Susquehanna, Tim was Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of York, and is a graduate of American University in Washington with a degree in Sociology.

Cindy joined Susquehanna Real Estate in 2006, after 19 years with Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. where she served as Internal Auditor, Assistant Controller and Assistant Treasurer. Prior to working for Susquehanna, Cindy worked for Arthur Andersen in Baltimore. She has her B.S. in accounting from Elizabethtown College and has earned both CPA and CTP designations.

Carolyn has been with the Susquehanna companies since 1978 where she began in the Pfaltzgraff credit department. She later moved to Susquehanna Real Estate in 1981. Carolyn handles the coordination and management of the apartments in addition to providing administrative support to the division.

Kim joined Susquehanna Real Estate in 2000, moving from another Susquehanna entity, the Pfaltzgraff Company. Kim has a B.S. degree in Business Administration/Marketing. She is responsible for all marketing and promotion for the company and it's projects as well as project development and coordination.

Phil joined the company in 2000. Before coming to Susquehanna Real Estate, Phil spent 20 years as a partner in a manufacturing firm. A former city planner, Phil has a BS degree in Biology and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning.

George joined Susquehanna Real Estate in 2002. Prior to this, George worked for six years in Susquehanna's Corporate Reprographics Division. George is responsible for all maintenance and operations of the Susquehanna Commerce Center.

Lori moved to Susquehanna Real Estate in 2006, from the accounting department of Susquehanna's Suscom Division where she had worked since 1987. Lori is responsible for all the accounting processing for the company.
