Susquehanna Real Estate is a York, PA based real estate development and consulting company, established over 20 years ago as the corporate real estate division of Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co., a national corporation with divisions in dinnerware, radio broadcasting, cable systems, internet service and e-business products.

Today, we have grown into a separate business entity specializing in development and consulting for urban residential, commercial and office projects. Our business philosophy is focused on creating quality mixed use developments which are sensitive to and complimentary with the existing neighborhood and community fabric. Most of our projects have won awards based on this goal. A number of them have been recognized by 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania and the American Institute of Architects.
