Commonwealth Design Gold Award
May, 2010
From 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania for the adaptive reuse of an existing building in downtown Wilkes-Barre, PA. Susquehanna Real Estate converted the second and third levels into market rate loft condominiums. Developed in partnership with the Greater Wilkes-Barre Development Corporation, the project also includes street level retail, a parking garage, and a 14-screen cinema.

From The Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County for the preservation and restoration of four historic stone buildings on the Masonic Village Campus, for commercial reuse as the Sycamore Square Marketplace, in Elizabethtown, PA .

From Historic York, Inc. for the adaptive reuse of The Lofts on George Street, which created multi-story loft residential condominiums from two historic commercial warehouses in York PA.

From Central Pa American Institute of Architects for design excellence in innovative preservation for the transformation of late 19th and early 20th century warehouses into the upscale residential Lofts on George Street, condominiums in downtown York, PA.

From Ten Thousand Friends of Pennsylvania for Design Excellence and Responsible Development, for redevelopment of a brownfield site and historic building into the 250,000 square foot Susquehanna Commerce Center, downtown office condominiums in York, PA.
